how do i get a bar next to my pic in my profile like some of you guys have

However I don't know if all of the villages include the bar above your name.
It might take a while for you to be accepted, depending on if the leaders of the villages are active(if they are, then you should be approved fast). After your finally apart of one though, you can ask for a village sig (kinda like mine or Migualon J.J.'s etc.)
