How Do I Ask Someone For Training?

I have just got a new bio but I need some training in Kenjutsu and Water Release since the guy is part of the Seven Swordsman. I would like to know how I ask someone for training. If I knew who could train me I would PM them but I dont know anyone.
Please help.
