My theory is an Uchiha with EMS, Senju DNA and some kind of emotional despair unlocks it. I think Madara was in despair because he lost to Hashirama(Pride thing) and it triggered Rinnegan.

You dont get it dont you? Power of the Six Paths is combined body and eye power. You cant obtain it without one of the pieces. Thats why Sages older son didnt have Rinnegan, even though he was direct descendant and was said to inherit his fathers "eyes".
