This is my theory
i think that madara wont be using the same powers nagato used cause he is not capable of it. nagato not only had the sage's eyes but his body too so i think instead he will be using the powers of the six jinchuruki(screw spelling).

I dont think madara would waste the jinchuruki's powers. Also why would kishi have him use the same powers that would be boring.

Maybe he put the rinnengan in them for he could have control over them and put sharingan in them to bring their abilities to new heights.
