Well they showed jiraiya learning sage mode and guessing orochimaru learned in a similar way as kabuto did but they never showed tsunade I believe. That would be a good filler flashback, that and some of the three Shannon's early battles. I'd say bring on the filler but God knows they've drowned us with filler in this series. Even if the filler was good the audience wouldn't receive it well because we're all so tired of filler.

But adamantine is diamond right and acid can't melt it and only thing that can hurt him in his adamantine form is kusanagi sword

It was established in the manga that you make a contract with the type of animal through a blood ritual. Jiraiya did this with Naruto. Once you establish that blood ritual, it taints your vessel to be akin to that animal type and therefore you summon it when using the jutsu. Sasuke is an exception to this, having 2 affinities. From this, we can establish that Jiraiya, Oro and Tsunade went through the corresponding blood ritual because their master's had the ritual before them.

Again, once the master conducts the blood ritual associated with a certain animal type, their student is now akin to that animal. As soon as Jiraiya could summon at all, he was summoning toads and only toads, eventually leading to his relationships with their kin. He didn't locate and tame them, he just forcibly summoned them as he grew stronger. The tainting of the vessel with your summon's blood might also explain why all frog summoners turned to frog statues when dying from Sage Mode. Most likely a snake Sage Mode user would become a stone snake if they took in too much natural energy.
