We've seen just how devestating a mokuton forest can be since it took tons of chou oodama rasengans just to stop it. And that was a technique by madara, not even hashirama so we can sort of assume hashirama's would be stronger.

Then there is the fact that hashirama took control of the full kyuubi in their fight, so hashirama with his extremely powerful wood release and Kyuubi vs EMS madara, it kind of makes sense how hashirama beat him.

Therefore it's an inconclusive thought. Nagato couldn't do it because he didn't have his Susanoo. Itachi couldn't do it because he didn't have neither EMS nor Rinnegan. I wasn't saying that was Madara's strongest attack ever. It was the strongest attack we have seen, it's like saying Itachi using his Susanoo and Amaterasu at the beginning of the manga when first seen, and then use ''Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu'' It wouldn't make sense would it? Or it's also like saying Itachi using Amaterasu with his normal 3-tomoe Sharingan.

It's neither a Susanoo technique nor a Rinnegan. It's a conjuration of both. Just like I stated before. Madara needs the Rinnegan, I'm not showing any manga evidence because there is none by words, only that of a readers common sense. Kishi put that in to make us excited and show us the power of Madara Uchiha. It's like a ladder, it starts off with his weak attacks and evolves into a massive meteor. And why would Kishi show the Rinnegan if he wouldn't show Madara's powers? If it was a EMS Technique, why did she show the Rinnegan? We already know of the Preta Path, but he showed us the Rinnegan so he could develop the intensity into Madara's final attack. That's how the manga was developed.

Just put your common sense into it, and you will understand.

Uzumaki was known for sealing only. Not time-space. If they had a whole village who knew time-space, I dont think they wouldve been wiped out

madara is owning the kages because of rinnegan, edo tensei and moukuton. he has already been dragged out of susanoo once and his susanoo has been punctured another time.

hashirama has moukuton and infinite darkness, ie one of the best KG and one of the best genjutsu in the series. not to mention insane strength and chakra levels, which is why everyone is desperate to lay a hand on his dna. and that was most probably not all he had, the senju were renowned as masters of all skills (their nickname, a thousand skills, a thousand hands)

How did the 1st Hokage survive against Madara let alone defeat him, Explain i mean didnt madara have his ems in his sasunoo with Amaterasu it makes no sense, even if he used his wood jutsu to hold down kyuubi. how could his wood jutsu beat EMS. it said they had countless battle but always ended in a draw.

He survived and defeated Madara because he was powerful.

That's how strong he was.
