How did Sasuke know?

I just reread the previous chapter, and thought about something.

Sasuke talked about Madara and his moon's eye plan to the Edo Hokages. The question is: How does he actually know these things?

1) Does he know about the plan in general? We never saw Obito telling him, so if anything, we have to believe he told him offscreen. Why would he do that?

2) How does he know about Madara being originally behind the plan and working with Obito? He only knows Madara was resurrected via Edo Tensei and Tobi isn't the real Madara.

Maybe while Obito was going over the plan, he was screaming really loud and Sasuke just happened to overhear him. Lousy theory, but still.

Obito may have told him about the plan in general (although it's unlikely), but he would NEVER have told him about Madara...
