That's pretty farfetched. Also, this doesn't explain the second part: how he knew of Madara and Obito's cooperation...

To the people that claim Sasuke knew because of the Tsukuyomi on the Zetsu, Sasuke was visibly shocked when he learned Tobi wasn't Madara later on, so he apparently didn't get much info from that Zetsu...

"He", which was me actually=D asked two questions, this only answers the first in a not so satisfying way (signaled by the "probably" in your post), and doesn't answer the second one at all.

I just reread the previous chapter, and thought about something.

Sasuke talked about Madara and his moon's eye plan to the Edo Hokages. The question is: How does he actually know these things?

1) Does he know about the plan in general? We never saw Obito telling him, so if anything, we have to believe he told him offscreen. Why would he do that?

2) How does he know about Madara being originally behind the plan and working with Obito? He only knows Madara was resurrected via Edo Tensei and Tobi isn't the real Madara.

When sasuke got his eternal ms, he captured one of the zetsu clones and extracted information from him; this was prior to him meeting Itachi, and obviously he got more information from oro, since oro was all ready aware of what was happening from listening inside anko's curse seal/ and or kabuto himself.

As I said, Sasuke was shocked to hear about Tobi not being Madara later on from Suigetsu and Juugo, so he can't have seen much through that Zetsu. And Kabuto/Oro maybe know about the moon's eye plan, but they can't know about Madara and Obito's past and their curremt cooperation...
