I agree that she should've talked about Sasuke more but I also think that Sakura not talking about Sasuke in depth was to give Sasuke the opportunity to make his own impression on her. Sasuke wasn't always a good person and her tried to kill Sakura and if she would've told Sarada that off rip, she probably would've never wanted to meet him being how close she was already to her mother. Now as far as the picture thing goes, I don't see any harm in it. Sakura had every right to create a family portrait even it wasn't taken that way and if she would have never tried to present that type of frame to Sarada, she probably would have never questioned the validity of her family.l

Sakura did, as already mentioned, some really really stupid things as a parent, but at least she was able to take care of Sarada and slept by her side when the little girl was sick for example.

She did more then take care of her when she was sick, she raised her and provided Sakura with love.

If Sakura wouldn't have actually stood by Sarada as her mother, she wouldn't have had any positive connotation to refer too when Naruto asked her to think about her mother.

Yes she did, when Sarada asked her where her father is she just kept telling her important mission it was going to take some time and then she shrugged her question off. Why not explain the details to her daughter? She might not understand but at least she will be satisfied and content as to what's happening in their household.

Also important mission my ass. Sasuke was roaming around for a decade without any results. He could've stopped from time to time. It wouldn't keep her as upset as she was in the 1st chapter of Gaiden. I'm pretty sure you would agree that Sakura is a better parent than Sasuke.

I do agree that was a bad move but it didn't delay Sarada at all.
