Fodder jutsu like that cannot harm someone like Madara.

Madara had a smaller version on his back for s long as Obito did too.

before Obito kamui-ed it to other dimensions, and like-wise Madara took off his armor.

Both the Uchiha's are suppose to have burned hair...

My solution is that with senju dna, they were able to heal that quickly.

Your entitled to believe whatever you want, i'm just saying what makes sense to me.

But you're not getting the point. I'm saying that: If madara didn't absorb the amaterasu, it would keep going through his hair and reach his body. Taking the armor out wouldn't help getting it out of his hair.

His hair was turned to the other side.

The armor was in flames, and the tip of the flames where beneath the hair.

Like when people burn attachments to they're hair, it doesn't set on fire from just the tip of the flame.
