How did madara survive black flames? Was it ever explained, I mean his eyes had crumbled so no Finnegan techs, he had not obtained hashirama sage mode nor was he using susanoo and neither was he an Edo, he took the hit and somehow managed to shrug it off what the hell.

Amaterasu burns slow, IIRC. Remember the raikage's arm? It still took some time for the fire to go up. Maybe he kamuied it really fast.

And still, doesn't explain madara. Taking out his armor wouldn't save his hair. His hair would still be on fire, unless he absorbed amaterasu, right?
