How did Madara obtain the Meteor?

title says it all, how did Madara gain access to the Meteor Jutsu? i cannot figure this out, maybe i have misread something. But is it possible this is a EMS tech? and that this is his other power in the eyes? or am i completely wrong. Because i dont recall anyone else having this ability in the manga. If someone could please explain this to me, i would greatly appreciate it.

The Meteor Technique is Madara's variation of Chibaku Tensei which is a Rinnegan technique and because they seem really alike, you would assume that its a Rinnegan technique. Also, the manga has never shown EMS Madara using the Meteor Technique especially in his fight against Hashirama.
