Madara was alive - with eyes - gave his eyes to Nagato - got ONE more eye - gave that away to Obito - killed himself (sorft of) - when revived he would have no eyes.

^this, remember when itachi came back, he had his eyes even though sasuke took his eyes. its because he died with them, like madara did. after madara died obito took his eyes and gave one to nagato.

I believe the reason he's young is because Kabuto modified him and since Madara still has Hashirama's face on himself that must mean when he revived he kept the modified body.

Edo Tensei brings a being back in their prime and all abilites they had during their prime are restored as well. However, edos' physical appearance is the same as it was just before they died. (Hence why Hiruzen is still old when he was revived).

Madara was a blind old man when he died and when brought back by edo tensei, he had his EMS(because he had it his prime). Madara obtained rinnegan way after his prime. Madara still had his old man look but Kabuto modified his body:Senju DNA, healing his body to make him appear younger and thus an artificial rinnegan was created.

When Madara was fully brought back to life the ET effects were nullified and he went back to the last state his body was in when he was alive:blind.

yes but at that time Madara didn't have his real eyes... he already gave his eyes to Nagato before Obito first met Madara!
Rinne Tensei No Jutsu revives you in your state of which you were when you died BUT you will achieve youth as well (Prime State)
