How did Kaguya not notice that the real Naruto was the one with the Gudoudama?

Doesn't she have the Byakugan that can see vast distances and find the one with the Truth Seeking Balls.....

Because Kaguya is not that smart. She's got the best power and ability but she lacks battle experience to utilize her strength properly.

The only reason I can see is that : BZ fooled her when he said two clones were vanished because they didn't had enough Chakra .
