How did Kabuto find Madara's remains?

On topic, who knows? Tobi knows. I'm willing to bet that Kabuto's response to Tobi ("Oh, you know...") was mean literally and not just as a dismissive "oh, you know." Kabuto is a sarcastic bast***, and he was really saying "don't play stupid, you know exactly how I did this." In other words, Tobi knows the circumstances behind Madara's death, or at least knows where the remains were located -- Tobi probably disposed of or hid the remains himself. That entire conversation is full of subtle, contextual hinds, like how Kabuto commends Madara and Tobi calls him a "wise guy" or "smartass" because Kabuto was talking to the Madara in the coffin and not the person who claimed to be Madara moments earlier.

My guess is Madara and Orochimaru worked together. And if that's the case, it's totally possible that was in fact the real Madara that helped Itachi kill the whole clan.

hmm, i was thinking on the same lines.. bt not to sure abt the part abt madara helping itachi... at dat tym, it was revealed it was in fact tobi not madara...
bt if madara worked wid orochimaru, is dere a possibility dat madara is sumhow related wid orochimaru's return??

orochi myt have found him or his remains, bt maybe dey were secretly working together b4 he died... perhaps dats how madara presumably got the curse mark as sum of da recent thread suggests :/
