Kaguya must of given BZ a jutsu knowing how to counter Madara's durability, seeing as how her son was Hagoromo. We saw Kaguya using lightning in a scan before and after BZ struck Madara lightning erupted all around Madara's body.

It has to be someone in Madara level (doesn't have to be stronger or weaker) and have the power to make him vulnerable because they share the same power.

Obito

Obito was able to pierce Madara's body and rip out some bijuu chakra along with it.

He was once a juubi jinchuuriki, so he still has rikudou Sennin mode (white hair)

Black zetsu needed a body close enough to his power to pierce his body.

The black things growing throufht his body was all black zetsu
