How could Sakura surpass Tsunade?

I guess she just thrown it into air, it doesnt take much time. Like I said, the very idea that she would be to lift something as big as this sword with her base strenght is ridiculous, the CES would never be developed.

But the CES isn't working like that.

Anyways, do you have a manga page which states Tsunade is using CES? I don't think there is. But it was stated many times before that the members of the Senju clan had strong bodies. Probably Hashirama's strength is even more monstruos.

Through training Sakura could surpass Tsunade considering Tsunade is pretty old now while Sakura is still young. We've never seen Tsunade fight in her prime so we don't have a way of gauging how powerful Tsunade was in her prime.

Funniest thing I've seen all day.

Sakura struggled to keep Shikamaru alive for an extended period of time yet Tsunade healed him with one touch. She doesn't have Tsunade's stamina or life-force and doesn't even have immense raw strength like Tsunade.

And to top it off, she's weak-willed overall.

Shikamaru was saved before Tsunade even arrived. Tsunade just gave him chakra after he was alreay saved. That's why Ino thanked Sakura and Naruto. Naruto was his life support while Sakura healed him.

Why do people think that Kabuto surpassed Tsunade in medical ninjutsu? Is he currently stronger than her? Yes. Is he a better medic than her? Most likely no.

With respect to medical ninjutsu Kabuto has only been stated to be better than Tsunade in his precision and skill with the chakra scalpel. Tsunade is still hailed as the world's best medical ninja. The only reason kabuto has OP healing now is because he used Karin's DNA. I am not saying that he borrowed power so it shouldn't count. However you can't consider that as medical ninjutsu now can you?

Sakura was healing people on the battlefield whilst Tsunade had her chakra replenished by Orochimaru.

She may not have Tsunade's life force, but Sakura does have plenty of stamina. Name on instant we've seen her utterly exhausted. It hasn't happened. In fact, the moment you're referring to is the first time she was running low on chakra.
