According to Databook Tsunades stamina is 4, Sakura has 2.5, although the rate now would probably be 3 becuase last Databook was released 6 years ago. Overall, in no too far fetched to say that in her 20s Sakura will have even bigger chakra than Tsunade.

Tsunades self regeneration was achieved by jutsu, which could be learned by Sakura. If Sakura was able to remotely heal people via Katsuyu, I see no reason why she couldnt heal herself. Besides, Tsunade has hardly any profits from her lineage.

She can't surpass Tsunade with just Medical Jutsu and CES, Tsunade has Natural Monstrous strength which Sakura has to use CES to match it, she needs other abilities that Tsunade doesn't have.

I guess she just thrown it into air, it doesnt take much time. Like I said, the very idea that she would be to lift something as big as this sword with her base strenght is ridiculous, the CES would never be developed.
