How could Kaguya fight been better?

1. Both Kaguya and Black Zetsu were thrown in at the last minute, through many plot contrivances, to become the "Final Villain." Neither had a well-developed character or backstory, and none was provided. Black Zetsu is badly explained to be Kaguya's Will, even though he has a cowardly and manipulative personality, while Kaguya barely has any personality at all. Kaguya's goals are never explained. Kishi should have introduced Kaguya earlier and made time for flashbacks, etc... or he should have just stuck with Madara as the End Boss.

2. Kaguya's powers seemed downplayed, to be honest. She really only used dimension-shifting, ash bones, and Chakra Arms. Only the dimension-shifting technique is all that impressive, and it was easily countered. She should have been able to do more, considering she has the most powerful Doujutsu. Further, she was hit by attacks that she should have been able to sense or counter. Sakura managed to land a sneak attack on Kaguya, even though Kaguya is literally made of Senjutsu and has the Byakugan. And of course, Kaguya being defeated literally by Naruto and Sasuke touching her at the same time is pretty lame.

3. Naruto and Sasuke should have had a better fight against Kaguya. Sasuke in particular barely had a chance to do anything, and both of them seemed like they were just getting ready to go all-out when Kaguya suddenly was sealed. I wanted to see combination attacks from the two of them, like what we got against Obito.

In all honesty, kaguya was unesscary. We already had a final boss villian in madara. Kaguya lacked a personality and a brain and did almost no really flashy and cool moves. Ash bones and giant TSB's just aren't that eye catching tbh.

Overall her fight was boring and her character was boring too. Kishi's penultimate plot twist wasn't needed and didn't add that much tbh. He should have left it alone and let them defeat madara instead.

All he had to do was let Naruto and Sasuke kick Madara's @ss first...then pull out Kaguya when he was losing.

More Dbz type stuff too...although she fought efficiently and used her brain...that isn't what the readers wanted.

• She needed a Personality
• She need a wider variety of Jutsu. She only had like three or four in the entire fight
• She should have came in at a better time and not popped out of nowhere
• She should've lived up to her hype

Kaguya should be literally black Zetsu, rather than just his creator. That way, she has a personality.
No Reverse Harem Jutsu.
When Sasuke gets captured, she should beat the crap out of Naruto, rather than have him hold his own.
And she should go out when she is hit by her own ash bone somehow. Because that's a much more fitting end than another worthless seal.

This basically. It felt like she was just a puppet.

It goes against the usual for Naruto villians, but they always seem to talk about themselves. Even having BZ there, it wasn't the same as Kaguya, even if it was her will. I think if the manga had explained something about BZ being seperate from Kaguya, maybe explaining why she didn't say much. (So basically, she doesn't have her will. Her will is in BZ.) Or something like that.

Otherwise, Kishi could have still had BZ and just let Kaguya talk.

That crazy smile when you saw her in the sky, man, I was so excited for her as a villain. If Kaguya had spoken more, her personality would have been more established too.

I think black zetsu was like Father's humunculi, her diabolical personality was put into Zetsu and she was left with simply her drive to complete her goal.

Agree Black Zetsu was simply her disembodied consciousness and played the role of Madara's will to manipulate him and revive herself in her real body. Black Zetsu was already developed so seeing him/her defeated would be more satisfying.

Hagaromo could of given all his chakra to Naruto and not split it then Naruto could of ended the fight in a flash like his poppa and BOOM I think thats a better fight. =D

It would have been much better if only Naruto and Sasuke were fighting against her. I felt that Kakashi and Sakura were only there for the sake of reuniting Team 7 again in battle. :lol

I disagree but I do think the Kaguya fight should have been more exciting and also Black Zetsu being Kaguya's disembodied consciousness rather than her will would have been better as well.
