How could Indras Arrow tie?

The explanations in this thread are pile of junk.

Naruto's attacks have Chakra ratio as explained. If that Chakra ratio is somehow disturbed, the Jutsu will explode. Naruto used Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken and another Rasenshuriken; both Jutsu as explained by Killer Bee, have balanced ratio especially the TBB of a 8:2. It did not need to be as strong as Indra's Arrow. In fact, it was a lot weaker with Indra Arrow carrying the Yin Rikudou Chakra as well as 8 Bijuu Chakra, in comparison to Naruto only having the available Natural Energy around Valley of End.

Indra's Arrow simply collided and ended up disturbing the ratio which caused Naruto's attack and Sasuke's attack to explode.

A chopper drops an atomic bomb and and a guy shoots a bullet at it seconds after it was dropped and the explosion harmed them both.

meaning naruto's attack wasn't stronger than Indra's arrow it's just exploded in their faces that's all.

and for those who say naruto was holding back sasuke stated before he had thrown his attack that he was serious so that was his strongest since he used ashura avatar and all 6 hands to make those 2 TBBRS infused with chakra from the whole planet.

Wow, how can Sasuke's assumptions = Naruto's intentions? He used that to cancel out Sasuke's attacks, like he did during the whole fight. He already said that he won't kill Sasuke and he won't let Sasuke kill him. That means he didn't want to kill Sasuke. Naruto always sticks to his nindo and never goes back on his words. I'm surprised that most people still don't get that, even now.

I'm surprised that most people still think not wanting to do something means you didn't do it. If Naruto wasn't intending to kill Sasuke, he wouldn't have put so much of his Nature Energy into that one attack. Not only that, but Naruto was going to drive a Rasengan straight into Sasuke, the likes of which can kill a man.

Sasuke had enough bijuu chakra to literally fill up his entire PS which is like a skyscraper amount of bijuu chakra! We've never seen naruto with that much bijuu chakra. Entirety of bijuu chakra=entirety of natural energy apparently

The rasenshuriken was intended to cancel out the arrow and it did exactly that, naruto preparing the rasenshuriken after he saw sasuke preparing the arrow, it was meant for the arrow and the arrow only.

If naruto felt frs would be appropriate for the job and not tsb then thats that, tsb have a limit to how much they can expand and cover, that may have contributed to him switching to frs

Naruto´s jutsu = fuuton + senjutsu + Kurama´s chakra

Indra arrow = Raiton + BijuuS chakra

Naruto didnt use other bijuus chakra just Kurama´s

That has been the exact opposite after both gained ther Rikudou Chakra. The VOTE fight just makes it more evident.

Nope, both Sasuke and Naruto hold bits of the bijuus chakra, Naruto has it within himself while Sasuke has it within his Susano'o, both of them combined bijuu chakra with their attacks

Sasuke used raiton while no tailed beast have the ability to use lighting, Sasuke simply used their chakra to boost his attack same with Naruto

I could use that argument to argue for Naruto as well. I could claim Naruto's attack was stronger and IA simply caused it to explode.
Also in your example, Tbb rasenshuriken is more of a nuke than IA. Infact we don't even know if IA explodes on its own.
