How come Sasuke is the last Rinnengan user alive?

Only someone with Indra and Ashura chakra aka Hagoromo's chakra will awaken Rinnegan but you need EMS first since EMS evolves into Rinnegan.

It's because predecessor of Hyuga doesn't posses Rinnegan where as ancestor of Uchiha has Rinnegan as well as Sharingan.

Its not even a rinnegan.... Its a sharinnegan. There is a slight difference but a difference none the less.

People in manga referred to it as Rinnegan and there is no such as thing as Sharinrinnegan as far as I know. It's just a random name created by fans.

Because Kakashi and Itachi are fodders

Itachi has just as much if not more potential than Sasuke which is why Kishi went through the trouble of killing Itachi with a terrible illness otherwise he'd have ended up outshining him even now. About Kakashi, he doesn't even belong to Uchiha clan and he's too good for someone who wasn't born in an blessed clan.

Ok here another thing, how come Rinnengan user who has kids doesn't inherit the DNA to have it?

Hagoromo had kids yet Indra didn't have it.
Sasuke he got Sharinnengan yet Sarada doesn't have it.

Rinnengan > EMS since it require no sacrifice in stealing eyes, it requires no killing.

Hagoromo had two kids and each was given half of his powers but you need to have both halves of his power inorder to awaken Rinnegan. Indra doesn't have the chakra which was given to Asura so he doesn't posses Rinnegan. Although Sasuke doesn't have Asura's chakra , Rinnegan was directly given to him by Hagoromo himself. So he managed to skip having other half of Hagoromo part. Sarada is a water downed version of Sasuke and isn't a pure Uchiha so the likelihood of Sarada awakening Rinnegan is as good as 0. Besides , she's too young and just awakened her sharingan so it's a bit hard to know whether if she has what it take to awaken Rinnegan or not. As of now it's as good as impossible.

Rinnegan is indeed >EMS, it's because it wields a lot of power compared to EMS not because it doesn't require a sacrifice.

Well lets see theres been nagato kayguya obito madara So6p and sasuke. That makes 6. 2 of those Obito and nagato used madara's eyes. That leaves us with 4. 2 lived 1k years ago. So in actuality its very surprisng that their is even one alive right now considering only 4 people in history have unlocked this power on their own.

It is because the kids of hagoromo were not pure blood. Half from hagoromo and half from their civilian mother.

Rinnegan is rinnegan. Only four known characters in the canon have ever activated it on their own.There is a reason it was thought SO6P was a fairytale, rinnegan was almost never seen.
