How come Sasuke is the last Rinnengan user alive?

As the title say, how come Sasuke is the last Rinnengan user in the Naruto world? I mean we have plenty of Byakugan user while Sharingan is beginning to grow back users, while Rinnengan Sasuke is the last Rinnengan user.

Because hagoromo and sasuke had *** with people who weren't from the same clan... If sasuke had *** with another uchiha the chance that their child would have had a sharinnegan would be higher, even more so if he did do the dirty with Karin (cos she's uzumaki) but as sarada don't have it... its rinnegan and its been confirmed. even the a title of the manga chap says : sasuke's rinnegan.

there's no such thing as sharinnegan. not even kaguya's third eye, which is called RINNE SHARINGAN.

Only someone with Indra and Ashura chakra aka Hagoromo's chakra will awaken Rinnegan but you need EMS first since EMS evolves into Rinnegan.

There wont be another Rinnegan user until someone combines Ashura's and Indra's chakra into one.

Which wont happen until Naruto and Sasuke die and reincarnate again.
