how come people in naruto are surpassed after few trainings

alright now..in naruto people seem to surpass their masters or predessessor like nothing..first it was naruto surpassing kakashi after training for like 2 weeks and then he goes to surpass jiraya in like 5 days,then there is sasuke manipulating amaterasu better than itachi in his second try,then there is kankurou who was foderrized at the begining but now he's busy saying he has surpass sasory,then choji who can go butterfly mode w/o pills where was it during the kakuzu fight...i know new generation is supposed to surpasse the old one but not in record time..i mean come on

Kankuro could have surpassed Sasori in being a puppet master, its been many months since he fought Sasori so in not like he's not going to train. Kankuro was using Sasori's old puppets so he knew all of there weak points, had around 100 puppets with many weapons installed in them. Kankuro took Sasori's puppet body and could have fixed Sasori's 100 puppets. In the 1st-3rd shippuden episodes when Naruto and Sakura fought with Kakashi he was at a strong Chunin level. Kakashi begins to train Naruto to learn to use his wind element which was pretty tough since it was a 10 year training made into a month training. The training increased Naruto's chakra control and made he start analyze his enemies with his shadow clones (Kakuza). It was around this time Kakashi said Naruto surpassed him (Rasen Shuriken). Then Naruto got Sage training and mastered it, this made him stronger than Jiraiya. Naruto's skills improves at fast rates and he told Bee that he learns by experiences. He uses his shadow clones to gain more experiences in training allowing him to learn more and get stronger.

If you're going by the latest manga release then ask yourself this: Where were his army of puppets? Refresh your memory on the fight between Sakura and Chiyo vs Sasori.

naruto and sasuke are fighting s-rank shinobi all the time, they're obviously going to progress extremely quickly. experience>training. plus sasuke has the sharingan, naruto has kage bunshin so their training is sped up even more.
