How can people actually say Raikage beat Sasuke?

Over a dozen shinobi failed to kill Sasuke.

No i just refuse to state my points over and over again. Especially when your logic is invalid. "Ninjutsu always> taijutsu" if that's the case Kisame would have beaten Gai. Raikage lost his arm... you don't seem to understand that he did it on purpose.

Just because Sasuke didn't die doesn't mean he did not lose. Itachi beat kakashi but you don't see Kakashi dead...

Your example isn't the best. I was refering to for example Lee who said Sasuke's taijutsu was equal to him, but Sasuke was better because he could also use ninjutsu and sharingan, which means being one dimensional weakens him alot, while Sasuke is probably the most versatile ninja in the manga along with Jiraiya and Kakashi.

1. Lee lost to Gaara - Guy said you can't beat Gaara with just Taijutsu. Ironically, Gaara's fighting style looked alot like Sasuke's againts A. Lee seemed winning the whole time, while Gaara was using his sand for defense, and in the end, Gaara took Lee's arm, and leg and crushed them and would have killed Lee if Guy didn't save him. Guy being Gaara againts A.

2. Sage Naruto lost to Deva even though he was faster and stronger because of Deva's ninjutsu powers.

Yes he was ready to activate susano'o. Why? Because the next move he uses is actually activating susano'o to defend against all of the attacks coming straight at him. And previous to the fight he said he wanted to try something out (susano'o). So he was waiting for a good moment to look cool and all-powerful... Even though he would have had more done if he had the susano'o activated from the beginning, but that's another story.

A got healed after fighting just Sasuke, not the other way around.

Sasuke used 4 MS on A, and 4 on the rest, which means he only used half his strenght on A, and then got stronger with Bigger Susanoo later, while A was being healed, hiding behind a pillar.

The one who lost an arm was A. His fighting style revolved losing limbs to punch Sasuke.

And Suigetsu and Juugo have nothing on Sasuke vs A. Sasuke one-shotted C, and took A's arm, and would have taken his leg too, and he would have died of bloodloss if not for C.

Yes he should have, but Sasuke is not the brightest Uchiha...Actually he should have tried genjutsu on Raikage, which is presume would be his weakness, or at least star off in full susano'o and force the fight to go mid range hwere he can also use amaterasu. But I guess we need to remember that the manga should be fun and interesting as well, so we cannot have perfect thought of tactics that would end the fight in 1second, because then the manga would fail.

Actually how many shinobi have done that? The key thing you need to remember is that they are trained shinobi. And especially for a Raikage, stuff like that should be excluded. Gaara is a perfect example of a Kage, even if he's young... I am not really a Gaara fan because I think he is portrayed too laid back, but you don't see him charging ever, or making irrational decisions. Not to mention the really mature shinobi like Kakashi, who are not Kage, but act like a kage should. Raikage has no excuse as far as a shinobi goes.

she was about to try and fight all 6 pains even tho she was totally drained because it was "her duty as the 5th hokage" she would have been completly torn apart if naruto hadn't have showed up.

i agree he wasn't acting like a leader, he was out for revenge (only reason he wasn't picked to be the leader at first was he couldn't keep his cool over the thought of his revenge on sasuke)A is also more power focused then gaara tho, gaara also never worked for his power he was born with his sand abilities, heck untill lee used the gates on him he'd never even been harmed his only problem was with purpose and value of human life. A obviously trains alot more then anyone else to have that kind of build and his brother trained alot to be able to control the 8tails fully and all of his high level skills (swordsmenship, lightning release) iv seen alot of big musclebound guys lose their cool in personl fights rather then smaller fighters.

Naruto was cryin like a baby when Jariaya died, same goes for Shika when Asuma passed.
I don't remember them smiling n cracking jokes during their bouts either, they were pretty pissed.

Naruto and Shika. didnt jump into action because they knew they were outclassed.
Raikage's easy to snap cause he isnt scared of nothing. See how quick he was to grab Zetsu and break his neck. He can't be shook.

after the last attack, raikage would have been on fire completely, cause it would have gotten his leg and go upwards...and I doubt anyone would have been able to stop it because he doesn't have an armor or anything. So Raikage's last move would have potentially lost him the fight.
