Well of course, Orochimaru is extremely powerful(probably high kage level). By "fodder" I was talking about orochimaru relative to the current gods on the battlefield.(Kaguya,madara,naruto,sasuke) Unless Orochimaru gets a powerup or has some master plan, it's hard to see him becoming a main villain again and topping those I mentioned.
