Kid the fact still stands that he cut the God of death's stomach open. It was stated that he should be dead from doing such a thing, but the fact that he is still alive proves that Orochimaru is not fodder...

But again, you're wrong. You see, with the Immortality Jutsu, Orochimaru throws up his true form, a serpent-like version of himself to take over a new body. You know, what he did to White Zetsu? Immortality Jutsu.
