Okay,I'm 10 years old and I weigh 54.5 kgs.I play basketball sometimes,rugby hardly and not that much soccer.I jog like almost never.Please give me advice and please don't tease me.I really need your help.Cool.

Seriously... start jogging.
54 kgs aint that much :O I think.
If you wanna be fit, start jogging.
And start training martial arts as well, so you can kick the bullies ass that try to bully you while you're losing weight.

Studies have proven that people who dieted and exercised lost no more weight than people who just dieted. So to lose weight, you don't really need to exercise.

The best thing to do is to eat right. Think about things before you eat them, and also think about the food pyramid (it actually helps). Think, "Hrmm, so far today I've eaten some chicken and some strawberries. I should eat some grains and some vegetables."

Also, watch how MUCH you eat just as much as WHAT you eat. You can eat ice cream and sweets if you eat a LITTLE of it. And ALWAYS try to leave something left on your plate.

Since you're only 10 years old, I wouldn't worry about it too much, though. You're still growing up, and once you hit puberty you'll probably have a growth spurt and you'll thin out.

0_0 at 10 you shouldn't be concerned about this, just go outside and play with your friends. 10y/o's should be care free and just have fun!

Losing weight generally shouldn't be a problem ,but since you brought that on..what if you wanna lose it in certain parts of your body .-.? like arms and belly only?

1. stop eating junk food all the freaking time =| i used to junk food and i was fat =|
2. have good sleep. if dont have good sleep, u will not lose fat but gain it
3. eat healthy and in normal amounts >_>
4. go play outside >.< run fat boy run!!!!
5. and dont worry about being fat =| its still baby fat
