Yeah. Reido is correct.Um, well a Sensei assigns one of his more experienced students to take over a few of his other students.
That's why I said Sempais should have their own color, they could train 2-3 students, and be distinct by color, so others can't pretend they are sempais when it's not true. >.> Good luck.♦ Rei-chan ♦;1382347 said:So far there is no official Sempais system.
We tried that with the Sempais before and unfortunately it didn't work. It was a complete mess.
Plus we have now many new people in the Arena who don't remember how things used to be, it can be tricky.
Also the new system is still fragile. I am still trying and working on the flaws that it might has, so its risky to implement a new sempais system at this point.
We are discussing this already with the others, so please give us some time to decide and see how this can work out.
~Thank you.
the problem isn't people faking to be sempains to train people but how capable sempais are to give good trainings. That's why I said Sempais should have their own color, they could train 2-3 students, and be distinct by color, so others can't pretend they are sempais when it's not true. >.> Good luck.
Well, we could make Sempais take a small test, given by the Senseis, to see if they are capable, what you say is true, but Senseis won't really nominate a Sempai for sweet eyes, also we should implement a specific rank from where you can become Sempai, like Special Jounin (because Jounin is a bit too close to S-Rank and it would be pointless if in like one week after you become Sempai to apply for Sensei).♦ Rei-chan ♦;1382362 said:the problem isn't people faking to be sempains to train people but how capable sempais are to give good trainings.
That is a nice suggestionWell, we could make Sempais take a small test, given by the Senseis, to see if they are capable, what you say is true, but Senseis won't really nominate a Sempai for sweet eyes, also we should implement a specific rank from where you can become Sempai, like Special Jounin (because Jounin is a bit too close to S-Rank and it would be pointless if in like one week after you become Sempai to apply for Sensei).
I like to say the first person plural word "we" , but by that I mean "you", you guys are the only ones who can do this, hopefully my suggestion reached you.
That's not so brilliant, Senseis take a special exam, which is not quite easy to pass, and just by working a little training a few people and becoming a Sensei wouldn't be fair.maybe, if you wanna be a sensei but lower rank, you could be given kind of a sempai job, of teaching new people, who ask for training, and be monitered by the sensei, and if they do good, they'll become a full time sensei, or if your not good enough yet, you can stay as a sempai, and for a week be given help if needed, and then after thats week gone, they could train and come back for sensei test, when they reach a quality for it..
