There's nothing that suggests that.
Is there something that suggests otherwise? I am quite interested to see.

How can you say at the very least the universe is as small as Jupiter?
I looked at the size of the planet, looked at the sizes of the moon. Thought back to my sixth grade science class and the planetary chart that was there and decided to settle on the biggest planet on our solar system. Its all about the gut feeling. Which is why I showed interest in your post as you seemed to have something more concrete to disprove my crack pot claim. Now do you have a panel/idea/theory that may disprove me or can I go on believing in my 'belief' until Oda provides panels.
How did you even scale the size of the planet by just looking at the panel? I'm just curious. I have no idea how that relates to the universe, you mean the OP world, yeah?
Yeah. IDK its was another one of my random whimsical decision. I figured OP should be just as big as gas giant so I settled on the biggest one I knew. It was one of those misconceptions you hold for a long time you start believing it yourself,

except it has basically a mini solar system orbiting it.
Yeah 6 moons, that's no where close to the amount of moons Jupiter has. Love Cook's comment should end this debate. Although I'd like to think it's slightly bigger than planet earth.
One of its moons. Has a moon. So therefore all its moons must be atleast the size of a planet

So lets say for arguements sake that that planet with a moon is the size of mercury.
You must be registered for see images
Obviously those distances are scaled just like we do with our moon to earth globes.
This is an actual disance of a moon to a planet like ours
That would make the big ceneter planet at least the size of Neptune. You must be registered for see images
And to have a satilite that has a satilite it must be big enough to have the satilite's moon not be sucked into its gravitational feild so its gotta be able to mantain a HUGE distance (star's to its planets type disance)
So for that planet to have a moon that has a moon it should be by our worlds standards the size of a super giant or a mini dwarf star.
So saying jupiter is a conservative estimate.
Then there's no way you can travel by a ship. Jupiter has 60+ moons, whereas the OP world has only 6. I don't think the scale is correct either.
Yea but Jupiters moons dont have moons.
If jupiter's moons had their own moons jupiters gravity would over rule its moons and then those moon's smaller moons would just orbit jupiter....
Any thing that can have a moon is atleast a planet.
So all the moons around the one piece world are planet sized
And if A big thing has planets orbiting it. Its probably the size of a star.
Don't be dumb, they're sailing in a wooden ship to the end of the world and back again.
If you would walk 5 mph it would take you 345 days to walk around the earth. For Jupiter it would be 50 years or 23 days in a plane at 880 km/h.
You clearly cannot fathom how large this planet is.

OP world is around Earth size, anything bigger would be ridiculous. The only evidence you have is a guestimate of the size of a moon of a moon. It could also be some kind of significant satellite around the moon which would totally change the perspective.
