No, he wasn't tired. I explained that in another thread. He lost his mode because he couldn't make another clone in KCM due to Kurama sucking out his chakra. If he was tired, he wouldn't make an FRS. What does FRS have to do with anything? An FRS is worth of 300-500 normal clones of chakra so that's a definite indication of him not being tired. Why that specific amount? He made 1000 clones to train with them and he still wasn't tired. However, he was spent after making 2-3 FRSs.

They could take out powerhouses together. Ofcourse there is a reason Kishi made these 2 weaker with illness and mobility issues. They would be too OP otherwise.

I agree with you. When anybody talks about Obito, they primarily mean Kamui. But then again, Kamui is a cheat of techniques. That's why I wouldn't write Obito that easily. Even with its weaknesses, it can do wonders in a battle. The bold part was very well said.

they'd still lose to top tiers like BM Naruto, Hashirama, EMS Madara etc. The strongest they'd beat is EMS Sasuke and that's because he doesnt have a counter to Kamui but overall even him is superior to both of them outside of Kamui

Obito can extend his phasing to other people he is touching, and objects such as weapons, clothes and Unconcious Sasukes. I don't see why they couldn't turn Totsuka intangible, then Totsuka blitz *****es with them having no way of fighting back or blocking.
