waiting by a Dojo within a forest full of life, warming up his body and mind for the training he's about to endure.

Hmm I wonder if she'll make me move the mountains with my mind or simply this Dojo?

I set a chair made out of cherry wood in the middle of the Dojo and I've set up several structures so I can practice my ways of throwing punches and kicks with my knees and legs. As I'm getting warmed up, I throw several punches onto the puppet's chest then deliver a high knee underneath its chin, kicking his head off.

Well, without looking at any sources and just talking from what I know, it is used for ninjas to gain more stamina and endurance throughout their taijutsu training. Lee has been seen to use these weights to drastically reduce his speed (I guess to train with these in the beginning to make it a lot harder on himself) Lee vs. Gaara fight, Lee removed these really heavy weights and was able to move at really high speeds, making Gaara having a difficult time following Lee's movements, almost losing eye sight. You have to become used to these weights once they're put on and train with them.

Hello Leaf-chan!

Once I made my two runs, I feel warmed up and ready for taijutsu.

Let's get ready to rumble Leaf's clone! Once I hit a clone, they'll go poof Leaf-chan o-o

I start running towards you clone and once I'm within short range, I bend my body forward while grabbing both of your shoulders with my hands. Once I grabbed the clone by its shoulders, I pull myself up while pushing down the clone's chest, driving both of my knees into your clones upper stomach, pushing him backwards while I finish with a backflip summersault, kicking your clone's jaw from below with both of my feet.

I once again see another clone you had made, then I jump towards that clone while I start turning my body to my left. As I'm flying towards the clone, I perform a round house kick with my right leg as I'm turning to my left, kicking the side of the head of the clone, driving him to the side then I jump up again to finish him off with a feet thrust into his stomach.

I turn to another clone then I start charging towards him in a zig-zag motion then as I'm within hand reach, your clone tries to land a right punch into my face but I quickly turn to left while stepping to my right and thrusting my right elbow with the same motion as I turned into his neck then I start releasing a series of punches on the side of his body, damaging his kidney then I make a strong knee into his lower stomach, letting his body fall inward while flying into the air. As she's in the air, I jump up while performing a round house kick horizontally, parallel to her body, kicking your clone back into the ground with a right kick. After your clone landed, I bend my knees and drive both of my knees into your clone's stomach, injuring him internally.

As you made another clone with a handsign, I quickly turn to that clone while charging at him and performing a two handed palm strike, bending my upper body inward and bending my legs, thrusting both of my palm into your clone's abdomen. Once your clone is stumbling back, I keep punching different areas on his body; heart, diaphragm, kidneys, liver, stomach, shoulders, clavicles then with a swift jump, I perform a roundhouse kick with my right feet to land a kick on the left side of his head, unbalancing him.

By sense, If I'd remove the weights from my legs, they would greatly improve my speed and the strength of my strikes since the speed of my strikes improved. My punches on his upper body will be more lethal, possibly causing internal tears around his organs and damaging them and might tear tendons and joints of my opponent. After the removal of the weights, it'll add me an additional 'lee without weights' speed to my basic speed and strength.

I look at the leg weights on the scroll and I pick them up and strap both of the weights to each leg.

I perform a handseal and activate the leg weights. Immediately you can feel your legs becoming heavier.

The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Are you sure? Don't cry, it'll be okay ^.^

Now, while wearing these weights you have no added bonuses or any other differences. After you get used to it you will be able to move freely like you've always been able to move. As you've felt, the weights calibrate to what you can take at the moment, and will keep doing that. Mine are far heavier than yours, so be prepared for more weight.
As you might or might not know, this training consists of two phases. In the current phase you get the weights and get used to them, in the second you can take them off. In other words, you cannot take your weights off until after the second training phase. But before you can start the next phase you have to fight three fights in which you use genjutsu which you need to link in the next phase, beside that you need to wait until a month from today has passed before you get back for the second phase of this training.

Update your bio with the weights if you have not done so already..

Alrighty, good! So explain to me in your own words how the weights were in your advantage or in your disadvantage in your fights?
The weights were a disadvantage in means of weighting me down since I wasn't used to it in the beginning, drastically reducing my speed. The weights also provided a means for my opponent to grab onto something solid, or might have been that my feet were bigger from the weights. But honestly, the weight of the object was a huge disadvantage. Losing lots of energy and stamina with it.

Advantages are of course the speed boost and the obvious defense as these weights provide somekind of defense on my feet from freeform attacks. Speed boost provides a 2x current speed and 20+ damage for the user any kicking attacks. Speed and strength mainly.

Well for example since the technique focuses on techniques that has to do with leg attacks, I'm sure you could drop weights for any technique that uses your legs to boosts its damage. Also, you can pretty much appear next to the opponent in a blink of an eye as how Lee was shown when he removed his weights against Gaara. Strong Fist Kick related combos like crouching down infront of an opponent and a high heel kick into their jaws like in this technique:

Also, your speed had drastically increased and if I'm right, your opponent will have a very hard time following your movements as they'll look like a smudge if they're looking at you with naked eyes. Also, how fast would I be arriving to my opponent from mid range? Would they be able to respond if I launch a kick from arms range?

Good, as for your questions. Dropping the weights gives you 2 times your basic running speed, whatever that might be. Thus in other words you would arrive twice as fast as you would normally to your opponent. As for the second question, this entirely depends on the reaction time of your opponent. Your kicks will be twice as fast as well thus it will be harder for the opponent to block or evade them, but if they have a good enough reaction time they will be able to block them.
