I bit my right thumb a little little blood to gently drizz out then i wipe it across my tattoo then this is followed by me making some set of handseal while focusing on my chakra summoning a small snake as it appears in a cloud of smoke.

I relax myself, churn some chocolate to heal me from the trauma of the dementors. Lol

Awesome you summoned the three headed snake, but still not what we are looking for. In any case this is a pretty good summon because like they always say...three heads are better than one.

Again, I smear blood on the tattoo on my left wrist then i wave the Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram handsign while slamming my hands on the ground and paying a large amount of chakra to aid the ritual which would inturn create a large cloud of smoke as a snake summon puff into existence.

I channel chakra into my hands whilsrt using shape manipulation to manifest snakes out of my sleeves that plunge towards your clone, binding them tightly and bitting them.
Q: If the snakes bite, can they be lethal say they bite the throat, or eyes making them blind?

If they bite the throat rest assured im sure if its more than one then it can be lethal due to the bleeding and then the passage way being open like a slit throat. And i think biting the eye is an obvious man
