It's not a movie. Series. By far one of the top ones I've seen. Hmm.. I'm not sure if there is a manga. Google it? If it's out there, you'll find it.

Oh, and fun fact: the two main characters are voiced by the talents of Kira & Ulquiorra from Bleach, only this time their roles are reversed. Quite amusing.
