The long wait have finally come to an end. The House of Katsuryoku and its first members shall now indulge themselves in the mysterious and the current abilities of the House's epitomes of techniques, and overall general traits. These however does come easy, and will require time to learn, slow but steadily, indeed.
I've decided that training will occur within the same thread, and or perhaps in the future I will have you split into the other individual trainings thread. But for now, this is the basics that you will be taught, and we might as well go over it all together. I'll make a post with a lesson, and after each of those posts, I will have you post with eventual questions or perhaps just confirming that you understood what the lesson was about, and we can steadily move on.
However, the speed of the training will entirely depend on you all, as I won't post untill all have responded. Should it occur that you won't have the time to be available for each lesson or pratice, you might end up being dropped for the moment, and picked up later in the future. Mind you, should you all have posted, I won't garantuee my own reply speed.
For now, I did like for you all to post.

The sun stood high on cloudless sky. The grass was tall and wild, on the meadow field which upon the green-haired individual awaited his kinsmen. They had not yet met, however he expected much of them already. The breeze swayed his cloak which wore the sigil of Katsuryoku, the everlasting knot. It carried much symbolic meaning.
''Say, are they late?'' Amidamaru asked with a ponderous, and naive tone of voice. That was his character - Genki was overall simpletons, and mere servants of the might that he, Amaimon, had gained access to on one of his endevouring journies.
''No, they arrive when they mean to.'' The Head of the House spoke with a determined voice.
The meadow field quickly came to a halt twenty meters after Amaimon's person, and turned into an humongous mountain that vanished far into the skies. The tip was clouded in white plumes, which was the only spot clouds seemed to last indefinately. Its brooding shadow was as of yet, cast the opposite direction of the House members' destined meeting location.
Hawke was late.
The King had meant to arrive earlier, truly, but true to his haircut Amaimon had chosen a Igreen and scenic location instead of a practical one. Garrett was by no means a stranger to the wilds, but he had other things to do than sing kumbaya and play nice with a bunch of kids. That Amaimon had been less than forthcoming about one-on-one training had been a constant source of agitation for months, so in a fit of anger the Inuzuka had decided to prioritize the inspection of a brothel (a suspicious brothel, mind you) over being at the green-haired oddball's beg and call.
So what if he was late? Amaimon should be thankful that he agreed to come at all!
Yet, like most of his old 'comrades' from Akatsuki Amaimon was no pushover and the thought of missing out on a chance to access an almost primal force of nature made Hawke wince.
For the first time in a long time the King of Ancrath decided to give diplomacy a shot.

OOC: I thought it prudent to make an RP entrance. Everyone else have been doing very well and I wouldn't want to disappoint. Still, it wouldn't be fair to waste everyone's time with exchanges that'll take days; so I'll get right to the tasks. Hope you guys don't mind
Kinsmen from all over slowly came into sight, one after another. All if not most, came of different backgrounds, stories and reasons for swearing an oath, yet all came with the same purpose, to fufill that oath, and sign themselves in the Katsuryoku's ancient and forgotten stone carvings.
Amaimon hinted a cocky smile at his 'guardian' spirit, Amidamaru. Who was intrigued by the different types of people that gathered before them.
The House's Headmaester greeted each and them all as they approached and instructed them to await the remaining kinsmen. As it became noon a gathering stood on the field, some tense and other excited and perhaps some... Nervous.
''Greetings Openings..'' Amaimon announced as his facial expression turned stern. The lot was lined up in an irregular line before him, yet he stood before them and they before him. ''Allow me to introduce myself, Amaimon Katsuryoku, the First Headmaester also known as The Voice, of House Katsuryoku. The first and sole Genki user, to ever have existed as far, as history goes.'' he held a brief pause, and with his index-finger pointed at the lot, one after another as he continued his rambling. "Alexander Stone, Kirikoe Dune, Vex Stone, Yoriuchi Dune, Habaki Light, Akasha Stone and..... Ichibei Cloud." His hand retreated to stroke his beard. "Some should know eachother, that I'm assured. Do not fret, you will all get to know eachother on our journey, and perhaps, learn to live with one another without your minds being clouded for ambigious reasons... As The Voice I greet you. To make entrance into the House you will have to become an Opening, which is the lowest order of rank, within the House. Its the starting point of your journey to become something big within the House. Oh.. I forgot, allow me to the elaborate on the the entirety of the rank. In the House we possess a rank system created by yours truly, in order to stablize proper management among other things. The lowest rank, which will be yours is also known by the name of 'Opening', which is followed by the 'Apprentice', then 'Initiate' followed by 'Pledged' and finally 'Elder'. You will rank accordingly by your extraordinary work within the House should you perform any, or simply by showing high quality potential. Obviously, along with your rank, you will gain access to more and more of the House, and its epitomes of qualities.
Also, should a discussion arise, the highest ranked member at most situations that occur will have the highest say. However all this is yet far into the future, which we will go through as we tag along. Oh, and let me remind you, theres only a limited amount of Elder rankings available at all times. Should a previous Elder come to say... cease to exist, the spot will open anew. *smirk*"
He studied the partakers. The to-be-kinsmen. He allowed them to absorb and ponder upon the given information, however only shortly.
''The task, yes the task. First of all..'' Snapping his fingers a small lid of be-grassed dirt got flung up revealing a closed casket. ''In each of these there is a traditional uniform of Openings, which I will ask you so politely to wear. Don't mind if they occur rugged, or slightly old, after all they are relics of the past. Nonetheless, to begin with I did like for you all to state your interest in the Katsuryoku, your knowledge, and understanding of the House's secrets.'' He doubted they would know much. It was the first bunch to ever be taught, and other than himself he knew no other Genki manipulator.
Hawke absolutely despised the idea of uniforms. The Inuzuka growled and grumbled the entire time as he unfastened and unclasped the many pieces of leather and metal that made up his combat attire and replaced it with the simple (and tasteless) green poncho. Not for the first time that day Hawke wished he could just extract the information from Amaimon forcefully, but discarded the idea for the same reason he had done so many times before: the Katsuryoku probably had a Reverse Four Symbols Seal placed somewhere on his body.
Hawke soon perked up, however, when Amaimon opened the floor to the King and his... fellows. The thought of being on equal footing with those children nearly made him gag, but through a mighty display of willpower he managed to keep a straight face and keep his silence until it was his turn to speak.
"I am Hawke. I have come to learn how to harness the power of these..." the Inuzuka inhaled deeply, greedily. "Primal spirits. I understand that there exists a world parallel to ours. I understand the spirits inhabit this world and interact little and less with ours. That is all."
The replies was sufficient. All craved for knowledge. They seemed to know their way about, knowledge equals power. Power wouldn't be greater than knowledge, in any scenario. Sufficient. Some knew more than he had imagined, but his facial expression stayed ever so nonchalant and he simply added that to his calculation of thoughts.
On an entirely different note, he ought they all looked ridiculous in their new attires. But, it was customs. He himself however never really wore one. hehe..
''As you say, Alexander. It's a spirit parallel to that of our own, also known as the Pure World, and ours as the Impure. It is simply names to differ between the 'dimensions' per say, and carry no meaning other than that - The Genki roam the other plain of existense while we - This.'' He moved his gaze to Ichibei.
''As Ichibei speaks, his knowledge appears vast. Most spot on, surprisingly I shall admit. Through the manipulation, or aid if you will it., you're capable of accessing the Genki's savage and different capabilities. This goes into three categories, I'll make it simple for now...''
First, a Genki consists of Ethereal Energy. Ethereal Energy is also known as Kuki no Yona.. Their mentality are oft savage and baby-like minds. Primal in their instincts. These entities are capable of being accessed once I have taught you to percieve them. Once so, you're capable of earning their trust per say, however in return for their aid, they beg you for a sacrifical portion of chakra depending on the strength of the Genki itself. The only application I've discovered so far is to materialize a Genki in a desired shape and 'solidfy'. It can be used in variety of ways.
Secondly, we've got Object infusion. It is as the name indicates, infusion your Genki into an object. This could range from any object, swords, lumps of rocks, kunais, scrolls, etc. The Genki is once infused into an object capable of changing the object's appearence. Such as the lump of rocks could turn into a monstrosity, that could essentially look like any animal you could imagine. These carries special properties, such as being able to levitate, etc. Which I will further explain later on.''
''Then we've got Partial infusion. Partial infusion falls under the category of possession, however as you may have guessed, as the name indicates - It is only partial. This ability allows you to take certain, or perhaps supplementary abilities only from your aiding Genki. This can vary from as previously mentioned by some of you, 'Foresight' or 'Aura Sensing'. This can be proved dangerously powerful if used properly. The previous mentioned abilties pertains all Genki, while there is a vast sea of abilities out there that differs between each and all of the Genki.''

''Third and last, but not least. The Fullbody possession, which also is the possession category, and also known as the ultimate unison between user and Genki. Through this ability, not only do you communicate with your Genki, but you fuse. Memories, feelings, thoughts all combined. This ability allows you and your Genki to not only share the previous mentioned, but also your abilities. You now wield your own, and your Genki, and vice versa. You could compare this much akin to how Jinchuuriki commune with one another. This takes a toll on the body, in the long run as you will constantly have to sacrifice small portions of chakra in order to maintain control.''

''Now, we've but scratched the surface of what this clan contains. This is the overall basics, and we will go in depth as we go along. But for now, we shall focus on something entirely different. The Opening's trainings and teachings. Any questions so far?
OOC: Those of you who fell behind, answer previous and now-mentioned post. If you fail to do so, we have to figure out another method of teachings considering your 'sluginess'.
Hawke had no questions. The children had some, but Hawke did not. The King of Ancrath understood and remembered every word Amaimon had said, except for those boring parts that hardly mattered at all.
Kami have mercy, when were they going to get practical?
Amaimon's expression became a questionmark. ''Into a living object, you say? Mhm... I never really thought of that. So my technique have only been ultilized on inanimate objects, such as... Well, chairs, table and so forth. But surely, let us try.'' Fiercly The Voice flung his hand dismissively at Cat, ''Keshin no Jorth..'' The meadow became silent for a moment, as if anything was to occur. Alas, it was but a moment of awkwardness. ''Guess... It doesn't work.. I'd be almost surprised, if I hadn't told you the workings already.'' He said sarcastically and proceeded. ''Such feat falls under the Category of Possesion..''
Retreating from his sarcarstic tone of voice, he directed his attention to the latest question. ''Allow me to demonstrate.''
Waving his arm through the air on his right, his facial expression changed drastically.
'What?! No, get off me!''
''Stand still, when I'm trying to demonstrate!''
''They, can't see me anyway! O___O''
Almost comically Amaimon halts his waving about with his arm as a small droplet run downs his forehead. ''Oh, right.... They see and they hear. Feeling, they do not. They're an ethereal source of energy, which have their very own properties. They won't be blinded, or won't freeze, and they don't have a maximum or minimum sense of hearing. They will however be bound by certain effects, during any sort of possession or tangible/physical states that they may enter. Nonetheless... We should move on.''
Pivoting on his feet. ''Now, that you all have stated your reasons - I wish for us to start training. Come closer, each of you. Reach me your dormant hand.''
Cat is also refered to as Yoriuchi, due past events. Just for clarifications.
What a stupid question, Hawke thought smugly, glad he hadn't been the one to ask it: Amaimon's explanation of possession had begged the question, of course, but as King Garrett understood the value of appearance and he certainly couldn't appear slower than the children.
It just wouldn't do.
So Hawke kept his silence and stewed, only perking up when the 'Voice' (the Inuzuka had been hard-pressed to keep a mocking sneer to himself when the Amaimon had made his title known) asked them to hold out their dominant hand. Garrett was ambidextrous, of course, he simply preferred his left hand. It was perfectly natural to prefer one hand.
Still, he couldn't let people get the jump on him,
And so Garrett Hawke held out his right hand and congratulated himself on being so brilliant.
''Good, good. We will now focus on our senses. First we've got the sense of touch, hearing, taste, sight and smell. Those are the five primary senses, however we have some internal one's as well which are essential, first being the vestibular one, which enables us to locate ourselves within a room, in regards of gravity per say. Are we standing up? Are we lying down? Are we sitting down or in an elevator. Going in details, this sense is located within the inner core of our ear, where we have a small puddle of liquid flushing about. In the very same location of the ear we have very small sensitive hair which can feel in which way the water is. You can then by that information level out your position - Similiar to a spirit level usage.
This seventh is the proprioception, this sense in particular enables us the ability to locate, our bodily limbs, without to visually locate them. The ability to feel their position, and to what extend should we employ strength to said limb or muscle. Its the ability to know how much pressure we should apply while writing, and the ability to touch our nose with a finger, whilst having closed eyes.'' .... While explaining the boring parts, Amaimon indicates with his finger each and every sense. First touching your co-joint fingers, then pointing at his ears, his tongue, eyes and lastly smell. Explaining the remaining two he made movements to help the pupils to understand, demonstrating examples.
''Now that we've got this covered - In The House Katsuyoku it is essential to be in tune with one self. This means feelings, your acts and overall behaviour. The ability to only show certain expressions and feelings upon your own volition. For this, I wish for you all to sit down in the typical lotus position.''
Amaimon takes a few steps back and locates himself ontop of a small protruding rock. This also gave him and overall better view of his students. He sits in the lotus position.
''To be able to understand one-self, one also unlocks the ability to percieve the Pure World. I'll however help you, of course. Though I may not have mentioned it before, but I will mention it now. Your potential all depends on your willpower. You'll be having to hone it in order to further your strength and capability to manipulate Genki, percieve Genki and not go mad from the usage.... Just kidding about the last part.'' Smirks.
Mad? Bah! Hawke had done enough drugs to kill a small horse during his lifetime and it hadn't damaged him one bit. If he could do that and walk away scot-free, the Inuzuka highly doubted that he'd go mad from seeing a few spirits.
Still, Hawke sat down and attempted to meditate. He was by no means an expert, but one didn't learn ZX Buster without doing a bit of soul-searching.
Amaimon didn't know what Vex was sensing, but certainly weren't the Genki. What other ghostly natures or spiritual energies out there touching the poor kid, Amaimon wouldn't know of. U_U....
Anywho, as the participators took position, closed their eyes, legs folded and their arms spread slightly to each their side, Amaimon pushed off the rock and walked amongst them. Of course unnoticed, now that his students were so absorbed into meditating, trying to uncover something that they truly didn't grasp yet. This was a hard task indeed, and they wouldn't possible by able to manage it without the help of Amaimon, he knew this.
Humming for himself, he extracted a belt of tiny vials from his sleeve. Each vial contained blood samples, from each of the current participators, gathered from ages past. Perhaps their first encounter? That must have been it. Biting his thumb followed by forming a special sequence of hand signs Amaimon finished by putting his palm against the surface.
Unlike any other summoning technique, the kanjis were replaced. An omni-directional burst of runic-and celtic carvings alike spread outwards intangling with one another creating a perfect line and circle beneath each member. With a fizzling sound, the runes scorched themselves a few centimeters into the ground whereafter they vanished completely from existence.
''Gisei, Satori, Nakama no.... Katsuryoku." Mumbling he opened one vial after another spilling it into the center of the scorch marks left behind, allowing them to flood out to their respective owners. Despite the small amount contained with the vials, the blood seemed endlessly as it's crimson red colour started to rush the chutes.
Once complete, Amaimon formed a lone hand sign ''Kai.'' and with that the blood turned to steam, and a small implusive wave emerged in its wake. A sudden bursts of life signs emerged, for each and every student, their senses had been unlocked, their 'third eye' came capable of percieving the Genki. Yet, should they open their eyes, all they would see was Amidamaru, Amaimon's guardian spirit. A small sphere with a blue hue carrying a sword by its side, of the size of a toothstick.
Amaimon eyed each and all of you, expecting a reaction.
Hawke knew blood and Hawke knew seals. He didn't much appreciate that the Katsuryoku had harvested his blood, but the Inuzuka was experienced enough to recognize some of the words and sense some of the seals: Amaimon was not trying to kill him, not yet anyway.
Still, the King was ready to give his former comrade in arms a piece of his mind and opened his eyes to do so, yet the sight of what could only be a spirit silenced him completely. So this was what they were training for?
Hawke grudgingly felt his respect for Amaimon rise; to have discovered a Lost Art such as this by himself was no mean feat.
The shadows were getting darker, bigger and wider. The sun was starting to set, and so the dusk had announced its entrance of the day. The lot of could-be runaways, cowards, brave men, patriots or simply adventures stood gathered in the formation of a circle in middle of the meadow. But they were no longer just that, they had achieved a piece of knowledge, made an oath and had now become a full-fledged member of the Katsuryoku. They were now brothers and sisters, kinsmen.
In the middle of the circle stood Amaimon Katsuryoku, along with a floating sphere that was supposedly a Genki, which had now become percievable by the newer members, as they had gained a secondary awareness of the world around them. Not only so, but they had gained the ability to sense one another. Had they closed their eyes, they would know their approximate location. But alas, this was not all, in the darkness they could percieve small bulbs of littering lights in the darkness, signifying the souls of all living.
It came to Amaimon's attention that he had forgotten to mention something.
''Now, now. You may be experiences some changes by now. Your secondary awareness, or Aura sensing as I did like to name it, is starting to kick in. Don't allow it to overload your precious minds. It can put quite a toll on the unprepared. You should focus on us, in the circle of gathering and try to shut out of the rest, so I can further explain how we will go on about.''
Waiting momentarily, he observed should anyone have trouble with the cause.. He then proceeded.
''For your questions, this is Amidamaru. He is as you may have guessed a Genki. He or she, or if I should be more correct, 'it' is not only a Genki, but also my personal companion as I did like. He however only carry generic traits that pertains to all Genki. Such relation should become accessible for you later on, should you carry a proper mindset to socialize constantly.'' The Head grimaced at his companion which simply stared back in confusion.
''........ o_o''
''.....''
......
''I can't believe it, you finally shut it when you're visible. You shy cat!''
''..... >_>'..''
He sighs in disbelief after having pointingly accused his Genki.
''Nevermind.. How, how are you feeling? Should you feel comfortable, you may try to expand your Aura Sensing outwards furthering the ranges of your sensing..''
Experimenting with this... secondary awareness was one of the most enjoyable things Hawke had done since he had actually unlocked his Sixth Sense. Truly, he couldn't imagine that Chakra Sensors could achieve such an intimate understanding of the innermost and most personal part of a person.
Not that Hawke gave a shit about any of the other trainees' souls, but the ability let him perceive the angry flame that was his own spirit and the King did so with almost childish glee.
Oh he liked this. The ability peeled a layer off of nature itself and expanding it outwards felt like seeing nature in truth for the first time in his life. It made Hawke want to kill someone just to see how death looked from this new perspective.
''I prefer the masculine gender, should I choose. <.<'' Amidmaru protested as Cat made her dubious statement.
''Now you talk...'' Amaimon sighed in distress, but alas, straigtened up again.
''Now that you're getting more adapt to the feeling, the awareness, and overall sensing capabilities, allow me to capitalize on the fact that what you're sensing is purely spiritual energy. This will technically enable you to sense all sentient being with a spiritual sort of energy. Chakra is the product of impure spiritual energy, thus this sort of sensing does not allow for Chakra sensing, but solely on the spiritual aspect.
A companion is something you find along the way, a Genki which can occur tame, or have gained a tasting for your chakra signature. If any of you've heard of Kisame Hoshigaki *Waves bingo book around.* His sentient sword found a taste of his chakra, and thus became entrusted to him. Yes, Genki feed on chakra, but to precise, it's solely the spiritual aspect of the chakra, while the Genki would simply decompose of the physical energy.''
He held a brief pause.
''Genki are oft persuaded through the offering of chakra, to do our bidding. Now, this sacrifice if you would, that we make, sometimes demands more than so. That you will have to experience yourself later on.'' Tihihi O^O
''But for now, before we expand on the ultilization of Ethereal energy, we will have to pratice, and make perfection of your emotions. Emotions is a thing that we, the Katsu, have to be masters of. It is essential for Genki persuasion. Genki will not solely depend on your chakra disposal, but also your conviction, which we emphasis on heavily. When we're done you will be able to feel pain, agony, love, anxiety, but all and each at your own volition.''
Amaimon spread out his arms, for each of you to remain in your lotus positioning.
''A wise man once told me; "We do not learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on experience." It essential to reflect, know, and feel yourself. Why should someone be influenced by you, and your acts? What is the extra value that you could provide, once they are? And last, why would you be influenced by yourself?
Does it seem confusing? Well, it's important to be withstanding, things that help building conviction help you understand yourself, and why you do certain actions. Allow me to explain; Why would somebody be influenced by me? Well, I have their best interest at heart. Then they may ask why, and I proceed; I can relate to be put on the spot, where to not know how to handle the moment. They may ask how, and I proceed; As I too, have tried things outside of my safezone, where I would much rather be, and not loose face.
Building a conviction means to know your fears, your weakness and strengths. Once you know them, indulge them and remove their cloudings from your mind and soul. Throw them in the bin, you know when you will have to feel a certain emotion, but you also know when to hold it back. The further you ask yourself for answers, the deeper you reach for the core and thus will reach your inner conviction. Mind you, to each our own.''
With that, Amaimon snapped his fingers, and Amidamaru asked if it was time. The Voice nodded in approval, and a sack came forth in a plume of smoke. It hit the ground and the tied knot atop went loose and rations fell onto the ground.
''This excercise requires time. I'll be resting at Wolf's Toenail.'' Amaimon appointed an opening in the mountain's foot which went deep inside the mountain. His cape carrying the sigil of the Katsuryoku - The everlasting knot swayed in the wind as he turned. Muffled sounds of how Amidamaru was being awkward was heard before the noises became too distant to be heard.
Building a conviction was harder than Hawke thought it would be. His strengths came easy to him, but his weaknesses less so. He thought long and hard about it and finally settled on two people, each a personification of a particular vice of Hawke's.
The first was his daughter, Laura. His own flesh and blood. His only child. His enemy. A traitor to the cause.
She was weakness. His weakness. A stark reminder that the pack instinct that still prowled within was not to be trusted. A reminder to close his heart completely, to never trust anyone, to remain aloof and angry.
Oh yes. Amaimon had mentioned how this form of control would affect their emotions, but Hawke was not interested in turning his emotions down. On the contrary; emotions were passion incarnate and anger the sharpest of them all.
The second was Isabella, the only woman he could never kill. Not for a lack of want, but a simple lack of skill. She was a reminder of his mortality, of his imperfection; a secret he had locked away a long, long time ago.
They were weaknesses, but weaknesses that Hawke could deal with. He was not keen to keep his emotions in check, but when the situation called for it Hawke was able. And so he did.
Hours later he got up and headed for the Wolf's Toenail, feeling a keen edge of focus in his mind that hadn't been there before.
Reaching the entrance of Wolf's Toenail, an immense force of dread - Decay falls upon your shoulder. The lingering atompshere that changed its demeanor ever so quick the moment one of you stepped to the entrace - It paralysed you. It kept you from entering. Images of past and future visions told of gruesome acts that made you bend the knee and back away from the entrance.
Was your resolve not enough? Who knew. Had you not completed your task? Who knew, nobody knew...
Gruesome acts? Hawke saw terrible things and was not unfazed, but he endured, as he had so many times before. Still, the parlor trick made Amaimon's point very clear to the Inuzuka, who sat down in front of the mouth of the cave and began to mediate once more.
Perhaps he needed to go deeper?
