Syren: *covers mouth and coughs into his handkerchief* what? Zack? I thought you go by Zero now? *holds handerchief out and sees the spots of blood* The price I had to pay for the training... Was it worth it?

Zero: I am going to come to your location, is it okay if I trianglulate the call and teleport to your location? I have something very important to tell you!

 

[TheSyren]

Syren: sure *wipes mouth and pockets handkerchief* or you could use the transduction gate ip address in my office. Works the same.

Zero: *Teleports into Syren's office* Hey... Sorry I am alil late....*Zero's eyes are glowing like Zack's* I finally did it... I have found my humanity in the Darkness...

 

[TheSyren]

Syren: *scowls* how? Using dark powers brings your soul closer to nonexistance. Quit fooling around. *stands up and paces room* the nature of dark magic is demonic, or in the case of humans, soul devouring. Those that use it slowly lose themselves ithe madness that radiates from it. *raise hand in the air* first, they get visions of grandeur. Then, they get a god complex. Finally, they lose their humanity. At least, that is what history has told us. *turns towards Zero* wait... Did you... Take dark magic... *my eyes widen* no, you didn't. Tell me you didn't.

I am dark magic Syren... It is what runs my systems! *sighs* Anyway Inside of the darkness within this body... I found a deep dark hole... I went inside it and found Zack's Heart... Like a light in the darkness... I can use the Darkness to protect those I care for... Even you! *frowns* I don't want anyway to suffer this fate... I don't understand it, but Zack's heart was being kept seperated from me... His memories and emotions finding their way to my memory banks...

 

[TheSyren]

Syren: *sighs and walks to bookshelf. I pull down a manila envelope* you know Zero, even though you are an android... It doesn't mean you have to be one forever.

Zero: *chuckles* You always loved to joke... Oh that reminds me, I owe you a drink!

 

[TheSyren]

Syren: *smiles* yeah, I do enjoy a good laugh. *resists the urge to cough and places the envelope upon the table* thinks: Maybe another time.
Syren: wanna head to Hotcakes?

*smiles* sure but.... What was in the envelope? I am curious...

 

[TheSyren]

"ah, it's nothing. Just some schematics for a new artificial heart I have been planning with Calvin. You know Calvin, right? He's the eldest son of Old Man Klein at the armory down the road."

Thinks: I can't let him see the ritual. He isn't ready to be human again. Not yet

*follows you out the door* well, I've spent most of the day training. Idk why, but I have a feeling that I'm going to be urgently needed soon. Like, really soon. Also, I was just walking back from a house call when I bumped into this chick. Bro, she was beyond hot, but she had that dark vibe to her. She didn't say anything, and I didn't either, but there was definately a moment. And, here's the good part, she was wearing an Endymion insignia on her jacket. *play punches your arm* you sly dog, keeping a hottie away from me. You gotta introduce me.

(I hope it's okay, but I was hoping Alex gets to keep her character. Could use more females IMO... )

*smiles* Hey hey man... Of course I am going to introduce you! Could you tell me what she looked like? Did she...carry a firearm??

Umm... Can't say I was looking at her hands... *ponders for a moment* She looks like Ashley Greene.

*laughs* that is pretty fine man!! Hold on a moment....*Zero accesses a holoprojection of Alex* Is this her??

Zero: *smiles* Remember how we used to talk about her!! Oh man I bet she is still as radiant as always.... I bet she wouldnt even remember me... I mean I have come a long way from the shy eyed Zack huh?
