Zero: *accepts the cube and places it inside of his chest cavity, which makes the cube undetectable to all sensors of any kind* I understand sir! *sighs and then frowns* I just wanted to let you know... something about Omega... Seems off, when I was training with him, his darkness seemed to possess sinister characteristics... Perhaps this is just the nature of darkness, but I just wanted to warn you, We wouldnt want you to end up like me! *Zero begins to chuckle*

He pulls a bow off the wall and hands it to Aria. She is shocked at how heavy it was and the man before her easily lifted it. He then led her back outside and moved back a few feet away. "I want you to hit me with an arrow." Aria didn't quite understand but readied an arrow. When she tried to pull the arrow back it took a lot more strength to do so. This was so confusing to her but decided not to complain.

You are dismissed, Zero. Go to the Mech division and supervise their preparations alongside the commanders. I want them in top fighting shape!

Zero: *smiles and nods* Yes sir! *Zero then goes down the Mech Divison and watches over the preparations, Adding his Nanites into their armor, for enhanced combat capabilities* These are coming along nicely...Ace really has outdone himself! *Zero stands there thinking about Omega's darkness* He wouldn't betray Ace...would he?

Shiro: *on the ground, coughing up blood, and heavily injured* ...you've grown powerful... Kazu.

Kazu/Ace: *crying uncontrollably* Shiro-san... why did you do this?!

Shiro: I... only wanted to make sure of your safety... I made a promise to our friends, the Kishi siblings...

Kazu: *his face suddenly showing anger* DON'T EVER MENTION THEM IN FRONT OF ME!! Did you know? Uncle Ryuujiro was the one who killed my father! And was also responsible for the missing status of my sister and mother!!

Shiro: *showing genuine surprise* ...no... Uncle Ryuujiro wouldn't do something like that if he didn't have a proper justification...

Kazu: THEY LIED TO ME!! ENDYMION TOLD ME THE REAL TRUTH!!

Shiro: *chuckling painfully* .... what is truth? A generally accepted fact, or what you truly believe? Kazu, listen to reason... your father must have done something wrong...

Kaz: *shooting Shiro in the stomach* SHUT UP!!! DON'T YOU EVER SPEAK ILL OF HIM!!!

Shiro: *clutching his stomach in pain, and bleeding even more* gahhhhhgh!!

Kaz: *in shock* ... what have I done?!! Shiro-san, why did you make me do this?!! *he screams in agony*

Shiro: *weakly* you...changed... Kazu.... I only wanted to keep you safe... I'm sorry...

*suddenly, Kazu becomes enveloped by dark magic. His eyes start glowing for the first time. His persona changes as dark energy seeps out of his body*

Kazu/Ace: I thought at first.... I was forced to kill you by the higher ups. Now, I see a reason. You and the Foxes refuse to change. Refuse to embrace the future. I see it now.

Shiro: *showing an unseen anger* AT WHAT COST?! YOUR IDENTITY?! YOUR FRIENDS?!

Kazu/Ace: change... is the only constant in our world. We either move with it, or get left behind. *Ace walks up to Shiro, and bends down, aiming the gun at his head*

Shiro: *chuckling again* ...I failed you all... I'm sorry... Kazu...

Ace: *crying again* ....no, Shiro-san. My name... is Ace. Goodbye, my friend.

*a gunshot is heard into the distance. Shiro is killed*
