(Note: After Nova became clan leader Exudos left Nova to his own devious after teaching him everlife life style. It consumes a ton of energy so he can only use it when he fuses with Kyreum. It is also noted to heal wounds from the hades realm. It has an unknown origin.)

Artemis: "I fusion? Pathetic...I WILL SEND YOU TO TARTARUS." Artemis snaps and they warp to the underworld. She waits for the pit to sap his power. It gives a sense of dread and forces his power into it. She watches as he falls into a pitiful state.
The man looks George directly in the eyes, with Ghan not noticing. Immediately, George becomes a sleeper agent for him, having had mental instructions implanted into his subconscious by the man's glowing eyes. This would provide a safe, discreet form of entry whenever it was needed. Plus, a thrall under his control would be beneficial as well. He catches up to Ghan and continues walking with him.

The two made a left and entered an escalator where it took them 4 floors up into the mayor's office.
“Bob isn't here right now. Just make yourself comfortable " Ghan said hopping into the mayor's chair and put his feet up on his desk.
He grabs a wine bottle and pours himself a glass. "Ghan, judging by your actions and words, I'd say you have a position of authority in the current underworld system that's left over. Tell me your position and organization's name, and purpose," His face still not completely in view.
"Well currently, Im one of the leaders of the Shin'en organization, a group of people who have been viewed as outcasts by everyone else. We are a brotherhood and want to make Celeste ours for the taking. Everyone that looked down upon us shall feel our wrath."
