Yeah, Hope is pretty shitty.
Just Keep Him and lightning fully Buffed, and stagger the boss quickly.
after you have buffed Go Com/rav (com to slow down his stagger bar to stop it resetting) or Com/Medic
Then Go Rav/Rav to stagger, Once he is staggered go Com/Rav and go Nuts.
