No I'm not acting like anything. I can admit when I'm wrong. I confused heredity with genetics. Still there is no gay gene and yes some scientist suggest that environmental factors along with external factors play a role in this

The common theory on what makes a person gay is that males gain an extra x chromosome
There is no definite answer as to what makes a person gay, but it is almost certain that it is within the genes

In all seriousness though it goes against all human instinct to be gay. The goal of almost every organism on Earth for everything they do is ultimately to reproduce. Its unnatural to be physically attracted to the same ***. I could try to be gay all i want, but when Kate Upton walks into a room, god knows im still gonna get a boner

You misinterpret my words and keep on misinterpreting them, maybe I didn't make myself clear when I said "external force." When I say that I don't mean punching someone in the face and cause internal bleeding. What I'm referring to is the exterior or on top of the genes, which is what epigenetics mean. In the article you linked me too and all the others I researched they also hinted that environmental factors and too much estrogen (and vice versa) in the womb play a role in manipulating genes and DNA makeup, if I remember correctly I changed my argument and agreed with you, I was wrong, there are you happy? I know when I am wrong and I am not afraid to admit it. You do know a theory is not fact until proven right? The evolution theory is not a fact however we seem to go by it because thats what makes sense to us. The big bang theory is still a theory, its not fact either.
Ok then so that means u chose your weaknesses, also u chose to be either male or female or u chose to be straight lol. You dont understand the concepts of the bible. Its like u have a desire to mate with the person u love but u do know that having pa-marital *** is wrong so even though u have those desires to do it before marriage, u as a christian supposed to meditate and control those desires by embracing the word of God. Does that mean u are a fornicator because u have the desire to fornicate? no your body is just urging for u to engage in the act of fornication but as a spiritual person u are the master of your body as well as God so u have control of yourself. So since control and authority is laid down by human beings then we have the ability to control our sexual or sinful nature. But u are wrong to say that ppl chose there sinful desire thats not the case. Human being choose to act on their sinful desires. The choice is based on their action just like the scripture says the "one that loves me are the ones that obey my word" as well as "u know my people by the fruit they bare".
As Christians our jobs is to help one another not discriminate or judge because we are not in the authority to do that. Dont say that people choose to be gay if u dont understand the Psyche or social background of that person. You are the negative stereotype that is given to most Christians which is being inconsiderate and judgmental.

As job as Christians is to save as many as we can by spreading the word of God. You are right when you say we should not discriminate or judge but no one should do that. You can learn many of the ways the brain works, but you well never feel the way another one feels unless you have been experienced in the same field. You are acting like a Christian, yet you do not understand exactly what your duty is. By the way, you just judged him as the negative stereotype after what you just said. Go back and learn and stop making things up that seem right when in reality it could be wrong. Your just leading others astray which in turn makes you a false prophet. Don't get me wrong, we all make mistakes, I make mistakes. I am not bashing, I'm just saying what you should and should not do.

Secondly you realize I approach this issue by using biblical principles not the principles from man. You made an implicit comment by saying "I didn't know you knew the facts of life" : Did I ever said I know everything about life u do know I am well brought up in a Pentecostal church and christen in a Catholic church when I was a child. I gave my life to Christ at the age of 19 by being baptise by water and I am fully aware of the power of sinful desires and how it can allow a human to deceive God. My neighbor that lives next to me is gay and he was like this since he was a child. He was abused mostly everyday and was almost beaten alive. He told me that he always had the desire to engage in same *** activities and even force himself to try and live the straight life. He knows its wrong and he prays asking God to stop but again his weakness overpowered him to continue in engaging in the homosexual acts that is not right or ordained by God. He even said he wishes that he can stop but he states that his body has a strong urge for the same gender and to him it seems like it can't go away. Secondly there is another friend I know for 2years now and just recently he confess to me about being raped two times by strangers he never knew. Just know that he is a Christian as well and he trusted me to not say anything to anyone. He is right now struggling with homosexuality but have confidence and faith in God. I know two people that are in this battle and I can tell u based on there experiences its not easy nor is it something to be taken likely. When u burst out they chose to be gay that is a form of judgement brother. My duty as a Christian is to listen. How can I help someone if I dont listen. By listening I learn alot from others and people tend to open up themselves to u when u listen. My friend told me that he was raped because I listen and was never hateful towards him. He tells me everything about whats going on in his life and have confidence that his father would motivate, protect and encourage him to keep on fighting his battle. He is one of the choir member of his church. I was a bully when I was a teen and I wish I can take the hurt that I have course on a friend of mind who was very sensitive human being. He cried very easily and Ill take advantage of him, by calling him a whimp and stuff like that. Life gave me a lesson well and I can tell u based on my experience the way u treat others u would get it back in return. I have learn that the hard way on many cases.
I dont understand the motives of this thread because to me it seems like every other thread in here that speaks about homosexuality which is (gay people chose to be gay or being gay is a sin). I think most people that have an understanding of the bible, the Koran and the book of the Jews the Torah knows that being gay is wrong. It have been spoken about in many political debates, churches and also social events. All these threads that speaks about homosexuality is the same concepts every time whether its a choice or not. I have in this same thread stated that homosexuality is not something God would approve but I did say that people that are struggling with it can know for sure that God loves them Unconditionally. Why did u bring up the homosexual topic is it because u are struggling with it, u hate them and find them disgusting or u just want your thread to be in the hottest thread section like most controversial topics tend to go. Do I believe in gay marriage (No) do I believe that a child should be raised by a gay couple( I believe that is a blessing for a child to be raised by a mom and dad) and finally do gay people choose to be gay (No but they choose to act on there sinful desire). My answers to the question are in brackets and this is how I feel about the topic in the first place. But u did say based on your remarks that I am a false prophet lol. As children of God we are not supposed to just attack the sins that are disgusting to us for eg homosexuality but acknowledge all the sins of the world including abortion,adultery, fornication,liars,boasters,thieves, and Idolaters.
But surprisingly only the gay topic tends to be ridiculed by christians and not the other. Do we expose Hindus or other idol worshippers that are even found in the christian community lol no we dont. Why is just the homosexual we tend to judge. It says alot about our personalities and opinions towards them. We sometimes behave just like the Pharisees that wanted to stone the prostitute to death instead of acknowledging our own sins. Dont u dear state what I should and shouldn't do cause I would never acknowledge a born again Christian who just expose the sins that he is disgusted by rather than all the sins of this world. My job as a Christian is to help and motivate people into knowing the love of God and I tend to do it that way instead of saying that gays are sinful alright because based on the book of Corinthians it states by our beloved Paul ( A man that says he is without sin is a liar and a hypocrite). I am a sinner just like everybody else, If a gay person ask for my opinion about homosexuality I would personally say that its not right or approving to God but I would give them words of encouragement and motivation since they have not receive it from us Christians. Look at what Christians have done in the past the hate we have shown to them. We locked them up in prison, stone them to death and even become there bullies at school. Ask yourself this questions did Christians judge the gays with love or did they judge the gays with hate.

Do either of you f*cks (Hadoukage included) understand how extensive and vast the human genome is? To be able to distinguish the genes that make someone gay as opposed to straight is going to take quite a while. EVERY ORGANISM ON EARTH'S SOLE OBJECTIVE IS TO REPRODUCE. If you grow up being turned on by guys when youre a male as well, its unnatural. It literally goes against all instinct to not be turned on by the opposite gender.

Woah, didn't need to hear a life story brah, 2 things. One, you say i'm judging yet clearly I have said numerous times that I am not judging I am simply stating the facts. To be gay is a choice just like to be straight is a choice. You yourself not being gay, you will never know what it feels like to have feelings for another man or for another woman, whichever you are. Quit giving excuses. Even if you have desires you can choose whether to act on them or to recede from them. Simple as that. YOUR DUTY AS A CHRISTIAN IS TO HELP OTHERS KNOW THE WORD OF GOD. That is your only duty. So do I think that there were Christians who judged the gays based on hate, yes, do I also think that there were Christians who judged the gays based on love, of course. So now I ask you, will you continually to be blinded by lies of what you call your reality, or will you listen and take heed to my warning, for the hour of judgement is upon us. It may not be today, tomorrow, in another 10,000 years. We do not know. We can only wait and prepare for our meeting on that faithful day. May God have mercy on you and your friends. It was wrong what happened to them. But they could choose differently, there are ways to not act upon such impulses.

You trying to tell me the US bases its laws off the bible which is laughable at best and a real example of ignorance, when one of the main themes of our country is the separation between the church and state. Im almost at a loss for words. You lost our first debate, cant point out the "contradictions" i made in my own argument, then resort to making aimless insults at a person over the internet whom you know literally nothing about. Anyways, anything you can post on the matter holds just as much credibility as anything i post. IT IS A CONTROVERSIAL ISSUE. Scientists are on either side of the fence when it comes to this. I was merely going to post you links of findings by the scientists who share my views. If you're christian: the Bible says something about that, but the bible is known for having contradictions, it was written by people not God. Jesus said to love all people, and obviously, people who like the same *** are people too.
And also, why is it bad if you're born like that? It's a gene I believe, people don't wake up one day and say "I'm gay now," they were born that way. It's true love either way, and I don't see how, in anyway that true love can be wrong in any scenario
