Okay this is what happened to me 10 mins ago:

I am drinking my coffee, doing my work and all good. I get a call from a law firm and a very very polite man informs me about... my death saying that I died last week and that my heritage goes to...me O_O

I drop the phone of course and then I tell him that it's me [real name here] and that I am clearly not dead since I am talking to him on the phone. He says "impossible, you are dead, there is no one other in Greece with this name".
I started laughing at that point and I thought to myself: "wow, it's 6th sense all over again, I always trusted Bruce". So, i ask him from what I died and he says "heart attack at 23" and at this point I go "O_O"

I am still "O_O" and i felt like sharing my death now with you <3

Although I would say cook up an elaborate plan to get back at them, you should probably check under what grounds the mistake was made. (you've probably done that already.)

Where the hell did they get the idea that you were dead?, I also question why they notified you of all people about the matter. (This is a "Only in America" level mistake.....except it happened in Greece.)

they'd assume it's not her real identity and put her in as an unknown person... :|

i dunno why people could assume this and i know you aren't the first ulq... the whole can't put a dead person in prison is if they think u die after the crime... cos they stop searching for u :|
