Do the bones mean he is a kyubbi in sage mode?
In any case, the whole of the 6-tailed Naruto looks like just the Kyubii's head (bones look like the skull), so we can guess it is a kyubii that is coming out from his shell trying to reach full size.
I cannot believe about Hinata, really. Something I can't understand is why the 6-tailed kyubbi has the same size of the 4-tailed, but anything's possible.
In case this happens, there's one thing that would be true: kyubii would appear at the end of the chapter.

wow, i guess my own or evrybody"s prediction was right but not too soon like this, hehehehe. the book or comics is kinda small. when i went to japanese bookstore, their jump comics was kinda big and thick. so why this book is kinda small and bit thin? means? manga volume 46 or 47 is already out? i need to go back!

I don't think kishi put in those bones that are in the tail...
Either way u got me. I still think the 6 tails looks good without it. I think it'll be slightly bigger than 4 tails but not too noticeably, and why hasn't the face become more...fox-like

Lets look at it this way, Naruto had the Kuubi locked up inside him, the Kyuubi was basically merged with his inner chakra, but it was locked up.
Everytime Naruto uses the Kyuubi, he release a certain amount of the kyuubi's chakra. Depending on how much he release, he will start to look like the Kyuubi, when he releases more kyuubi chakra than what he currently posses (Like when he reaches 4tails), the Kyuubi takes over and he needs someone to supress the kyuubi chakra to a level where Naruto can take control again. The more Naruto releases the Kyuubi's chakra the more the chakra takes the form of the Kyuubi, and the closer the Kyuubi gets from escaping.
Where as Naruto normally had the Kyuubi locked up inside him, the more he release from the Kyuubi chakra the more the Kyuubi locks Naruto up, like how we are seeing from the pick, the chakra engulfs Naruto, then the skeleton engulfs the chakra, the skin engulfs the skeleton, and there you have it folks, a fully reborn 9 tails Kyuubi. ; )

And the last panel with pain he says..

i think naruto can control 6 tails
i mean to say tht naruto controlled 4 tails kyubbi in sora arc(filler though)without being in sage mode
but now naruto have gotten stronger than b4 and he has sage chakra toooo
so i think he can control those tranformations
