orochimaru has been sealed into an object (sword of totsuka)

and him wearing them ear-rings should in theory protect him, i reckon hes definitely going to break out of itachis sword.

Susano'o (須佐之男命, Susa-no-O-no-Mikoto?, also romanized as Susanoo, Susa-no-O, and Susanowo) is the Shinto god of the sea and storms.

susano is a SHINTO god, from SHINTO faith

Orochimaru is safe, alive and well.

He really is persistant as a king cobra.

we did? lol

I know he was only technically "sealed" and i know kabuto has his DNA, but hes not the original really is he? will his DNA still have the soul? as in what the death god tried ripping out etc etc, or is it simply a hostile body takeover of his DNA from of kabuto.

I love the character orochimaru, i think itd be great if he came back

Wouldn't Kabuto->Kabuto-orochimaru be more like a Yamato? Kabuto is a compatible host for Orochimaru's DNA. One's soul isn't in their DNA, identical twins don't have identical souls or even personalities and disease susceptibility. Now there have been bizarre instances where identical twins, as noted by Jung, did amazingly similar things in their life like marry women who looked the same, get the same job, name the son the same name. This combination of DNA and host could serve to make a character similar in personality, but who knows in the world of Naruto. I also don't know if the seal will weaken with time.

I like the theory though, it's fresh.

even kabuto chracrter was even judged by orochimaru himself

(wow this is turning into final fantasy 7 crisis core

btw why do you talk like you know the absolute truth?
and about the theroy kishi uses th legends but he dosent follow them exactly
