I agree, war arc Tsunade beats Hiruzen with mid diff at best, and she can defeat Orochimaru with high difficulty if he can't use the Edo Tensei. But I also believe Jiraiya can defeat her with high dfficulty, and Orochimaru defeats Jiraiya with high difficulty.

The Sanninns are equals.

actually he resorted to RDS which was his last resort just saying .. he didnt technically beat them he just opted for a stalemate.... second... the hokages werent even near full power nor did they have control over there own abilities :| they were puppets...

He used Shiki Fujin as a last resort, yes, but what else could be done? Hiruzen himself stated that the jutsu wouldn't disperse even if he killed Orochimaru. Sealing them with a temporary fuinjutsu wouldn't be very effective, either.

None of the Hokage present during the battle were at full power. Hashirama and Tobirama were summoned with a handicap, and Hiruzen was 69-70 years old. Additionally, I can't think of anyone from part I (save for possibly Itachi or one of the other Sannin) that could've done as well as Hiruzen did during that fight, able to fight evenly with nerfed versions of his predecessors. Anyone who debates that battle either speaks completely in favor of Hiruzen or in favor of Team Orochimaru, conveniently leaving out important details from one side and exaggerrating details from the other. There's no middle ground.

OP: Even though I refrain from ranking the Hokage until I see something from all of them, this list is obviously wrong. Hashirama is first unless we get a major asspull from Hiruzen, Tobirama, or Minato (which, in true Kishimoto fashion, we could for all we know); the rest are pretty much up in the air depending on the perspective of the reader. Rankings are all opinion-based, really.

She was talking about the Tsunade vs Hiruzen fight and not about a Tsunade vs Orochimaru fight.
Besides, part1 Hashirama and Tobirama were fodders. If Tsunade has intel about the talismans in their heads, she can remove them.
