Well, obviously SM is Naruto's base mode ability... It takes him just the time an Uchiha needs to awake his Sharingan.
Add Full Bijuu mode to it and Naruto's a complete beast.
Also, Naruto knew about the girls and about Shin w/o SM... So, it took him just a shunshin to reach there, he's already fast enough in SM...

Because people were committing suicides, UN stepped up and asked Naruto makers to make a short arc so that they can have a purpose in life for a little longer...

Amenojikara, Shinra tensei( 5 second cooldown) Kirin, nearly all Rinnegan jutsu's have a cooldown. And some even have prep time. :bdpf:The only thing sasuke has a cooldown time for is ameno which is useless against Naruto.

Sasuke fans are ridiculous.
There's a difference in the way they're running. Seems like Sasuke is going full speed, while Naruto is swinging his arms back and forth in order to go slower, otherwise he'd reach Momo way before Sasuke.
Sasuke fans always try using scans/gifs in order to turn things in their favor, yet in the end like Sasuke fail. XD
