IMHO naruto would be above kaguyas or sages level.
Can you believe that 17 years old naruto gathered chakra which equate nine bijuus chakra just within 5/6 seconds.
So 30+ naruto clone would solo whole village without getting down.
Naruto has coat.
Naruto has speed which rivals FTG. In fact better than FTG as it doesn't need marking.

For hagoromo, you might be right but it actually depends on feats which we haven't seen of 30+ naruto and hagormo.
For kaguya, if you mean sealing tech then you might be right but do you remember naruto has sealing variant rasengan too. It might work on kaguya.
