The thing is Kcm nartuo with sage mode in the last was competing with a god level character and tanked a moon slashing attack. Also to the people who are saying madara is immortal, he admitted that guy almost killed him, if someone of narutos level hits him hard enough he might be able to kill him.

2. What feats they have that are above their war arc feats ?
3. If they are improved then why is Naruto said to be very rusty and Sasuke was said to be equal in strength to rusty Naruto ?

Madara wins with mid diff and I am very generous here. Same with Madara vs Sasuke , mid diff victory for Madara.

They did improve because they had more time to harness their techniques. Naruto now has full kurama and is able to control kurama better as seen in the last when he was able to use kuramas real body outside himself. Also kcm naruto with sagemode was able to fight on par with a god level character in toneri and he was strong enough to tank a moon slashing attack twice and destroy some of toneris truth seeking orbs. Sasuke on the other hand had way more time to master his rinnengan to the point where he was able to open up a portal to where momoshiki took naruto. They undoubtedely improved.

— madara's PS was stronger than the BM avatar and the difference will be even more pronounced post rikudo amp since juubi+shinju+rinnegan and rinne-sharingan>>>all of rikudo's yang,naruto gaining the other half of kurama isnt going to close the gap at all
— madara can also empower his PS with IT chakra (stated to be superior to the juubi) via shin jukai kotan making even the ashura avatar one shot material
— jj amped mokuton redirects rsm TBB
— ST repels cho bijuu rasenshurinken
— BDFRS deals with madara's CT
— in cqc madara has the edge since the limbo shadows defeated rsm clones, blitz isnt happening since madara has equal reactions per the 4th DB and his reaction speed should be even better with the rinne-sharingan via straight tomoe precog
— ranton koga and inton raiha also required tsbs to defend against in the war so thats another option in close-quarters
— if naruto forms the ashura avatar and tries to gather natural energy, madara forms the barrier, summons the shinju and protects it with PS,CT or CST in order to charge the quad juubidama, when the attacks collide naruto's avatar is wiped off the face of the planet
— bjuu extraction is never happening with 9 gudodama,PS and Deva Path as defense, sealing attempts are thwarted by limbo swaps
— madara has him outgunned in both avatar and cqc combat, add immortality and jj regeneration and naruto gets mid-diffed at worst

Madara drags him. Only person that can defeat this Madara by himself is Itachi thanks to totsuka and Yata.
