Naruto used up all of kurama's chakra in vote 2 also so does that mean he doesn't have it anymore? Naruto has a piece of every bijuu inside of him and is there meeting place. Their chakra replenishes he just used all of it at that time. Don't know why you guys keep denying the manga

I agree, instead of having such a depowered battle, they should have thrown the entire ninja arsenal at each other. Seeing as together, there is no restriction on their jutsu potential, it would've been the perfect answer to every manga question
