Think the difference in between Part 1 and Part 2 is large enough so Kakashi can take this.

kakashi should win from what we have seen... he had easier time in war against them compared to part 1 signifying that he improved and he should have improved further in base skills after war arc so he takes it... base sharingan was made useless by hidden mist anyway and kakashi never used MS against them.
