I already know the swoosh effect is for Gai, that panel was showing his speed but it still doesn't mean Kisame didn't try to swing his sword. His sword isn't drawn normally, its given the slashing look like he tried to attack but was blitzed.

My point still stands. He couldn't even completely his thoughts vs guy while he was blocking and countering v1 bee. 6th gate guy is comfortably faster than v1 ay.

Do people not realise that if Ay doesn't use Shunshin, his lightning armor doesn't have a drastic effect on his speed? And Bee being superior is obvious, he even created a small shockwave from swinging Ay. V1 Ay vs Sasuke is Body Flicker per Cee's own words, this was not since nothing implies it was. Either way, 6th gate being faster than Ay is baseless, because that Kisame was 30%, not 100%, and still managed to slightly physically react.

The panels you linked prove absolutely nothing about Gai and Bee being faster than Ay. When you can show me some scans that show V1 Bee and 6th Gate guy preforming better movement speed feats than V1 Ay then we can really get down to business. If you can't provide those proofs then everything you've posted is just gas.
