Naruto would've been an excellent Hokage, that is, with Hinata/Kakashi at his side. Then all the paperwork etc wouldn't mean much to him, as he would be kicking a** all the time.

To the people who say Kakashi is stronger than Naruto, I'm sure you've read the previous chapters, if Sasuke and the others can sense His(Naruto's) chakra at the Hidden Leaf Village, when they're NOT Sensory types. Kakashi with or without Kurama chakra would still lose to Naruto. Heck, Naruto would rape Kakashi. It would be like Hashirama vs some new comer in the Ninja Academy.

So yeah, my final choice is Naruto. He might be a bit immature(perhaps more mature than Hashirama) and a bit clumsy(Hashirama-like), but hey, who says Kishi won't make up some bigotry and make Naruto Hokage? In fact, nearly the entire village wants him as Hokage, so I can see it coming. Naruto is wise. Naruto is mature(at certain times, preferably like Hashirama). Naruto is strong(too strong, too overpowered). And he has chakra reserves like 10x of Hashirama in one body. Heck, he's the spitting image of the So6p.

Kakashi, because Kakashi is more rational and smarter. Because Naruto takes a long time to notice something or doesn't even notice at all what the enemy's weekness is and just goes and attacks the enemy with just brute force. His mentallity of being Hokage is not there yet, but when Naruto is perhaps 30 or 35 then maybe Kakashi could choose him as the hokage.
Kakashi because he analyzes the situation maybe not as good as Itachi or as good as Minato, but he can be a very good Hokage. Maybe not the best, but a very good Hokage.
Naruto has the chance to be the best Hokage, but he needs to learn how to be calm, not rush into a situation, and analyze and make tactics like his father did.

At the current moment I'd say Kakashi would make the better Hokage. Naruto is strong and is pretty smart when he puts his mind to something, but he's still a bit reckless and immature. I think there should be a time skip, say by five or six years after which I think Naruto will be more than ready to become Hokage.

I don't disagree with you on anything,but I feel that to be a good Hokage you have to know other things too.I think what Naruto lacks right now, is the experience on the fields I described above and the fact that he doesn't know how to tame his passion and be more conciliatory.Passion and determination is not appreciated by anyone.Being hokage means that he also have to converse with
other people and know how to deal with them in a way that everybody will be satisfied.
In this things I feel that Kakashi is better.
But if he will be Hokage he won't have time to read Icha Icha

Fillers don't count? where did you get that... lol. Fillers are part of the storyline. Anything added to the anime automatically becomes part of that verse. Anime is just more open and expanded.

Kamui is pretty S-rank. I think kakashi definately has kage level jutsu up his sleeve. That an his intelligence would him more qualified to be hokage. Now that Tsunade is dead I think Kakashi is up.
